46 Epilogue.

(O3O)/ – Here is the Epilogue of the Second Arc!!!

During the year 1080, of the Imperial Calendar, many paintings by the name The Gold Coin Emperor’s First Triumph started appearing.

In those paintings, the Emperor, which was just a prince at the time, was always depicted hugging his beloved wife, the Altruistic Saintess, in front of everyone during the Spirit Festival.

Well, it was understandable that the artists of that time would create all of those paintings of him, after all, the Young Emperor planted the seed that would bring forth a new era of true equality on that year.

But that wasn’t all.

The marriage between the two gave an end to the ongoing feud between the Crown and the Church.

That historical moment latter became known as The First Spirit Crown, after all, that was the first time an Emperor ever married a Saint of the Spirit Church.

Because of that, many churches started displaying those beautiful paintings of the Emperor and the Saintess on their main halls… however, for some reason, the best paintings could only be found on small churches in the middle of nowhere.

When questioned why that was the case, many people would say that the Saintess herself gave them those paintings, others would say that they found it on their doorstep. But what was even more intriguing, was that no one who received those paintings seemed to be lying.

Well, everyone latter found out that the Saintess herself was indeed helping those churches.

Even though those paintings were really expensive, Leonora wouldn’t even think twice before giving them away to those who were deserving, which only made her fame grow even more.

Talking about fame though, it seemed that, for a while, Bernard’s original painting was considered to be a bit inferior to newer ones with the same title… until they found something really unique about his painting. If someone tried to steal it, that person would be cursed with misfortune for the rest of their lives. However, at the same time, if you managed to find the painting and you returned it to it’s original place, you would be blessed with a happy life.

A painting that blessed the honest, and cursed the greedy.

Soon after finding that out, many people believed that the painting was probably the last remaining object that Leonora, the Altruistic Saintess, blessed with her holy powers, so they placed it on a museum, where everyone could adore it.

(OwO) – The Prologue of the Third Arc will be coming soon.

      1. I mean, since they’re royalty and since Albert will definitely not get a second wife or cheat on her…I’m guessing they’re gonna have to have children to continue the lineage.

  2. My version for this epilogue:
One hundred years later. A group of foreign tourists being guides by tour guide into a room part the palace which converted into museum.

“This is study room of Empress Leonora, the Altruistic Saintess, She is well known as the most beloved women in the empire by her husband and public due her achievement and benevolence during the reign.” Said the guide proudly.

The tourists thought the study room will be luxurious like other room but they found it simple and humble room. There a chair and desk without ornament. Pair bookcase. A big chest box at corner of the room.

“The empress dislikes luxury goods instead she kept gold coins in case emergency due it could exchange quickly and often she donated her personal money without hesitation. Her eccentric influences public to change their mind for efficiency and saving money instead extravagant life lead to better public life during her reign.” Explained the guide.

“Pffft…..that means she stinky.” A boy speak his mind.

The tour guide little offended by the boy but quickly recompense the statement.

“I believe you change mind after you see her painting.” Said the guide while pointed the tourists to a painting hanging on the wall.

The painting show a beautiful lady hugged by a young man warmly. Her expression was peaceful and relieved as she finally reunited with her loved one. Anyone who see the painting can feel how strong the man and lady’s love for each other.

“So pretty…..she beautiful…..no wonder she beloved by her husband…..” Murmur tourists admiring the painting.

Meanwhile, the boy felt a deja vu feeling and cold shiver when he saw the painting.

  3. Question, i kinda remember from reading the part 3. Using the unholy google translate, that at the end. Leo isn’t married to the prince. . .

So, is the part 3 actually an alternate story unconnected to the previous part? or the author is simply just forgot/discard what’s he is written before?
